I AM A DEBT RELIEF AGENCY.  I HELP PEOPLE FILE FOR RELIEF UNDER THE BANKRUPTCY CODE.  This statement is made pursuant to the requirements of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 ("BAPCPA").  Under the provisions of the BAPCPA, an attorney who helps consumers file bankruptcy is considered to be a "debt relief agency."
